Biography
Daniel Salinger-Brown is a Research Associate in the Program on Energy and Sustainable Development at Stanford University. He is a recent graduate of the University of California, Santa Barbara, where he earned Bachelor’s degrees in Economics and Environmental Studies. With previous research experience centering on smallholder irrigation in Zambia and cattle prices and land use in Brazil, Daniel is excited to be working with the PESD team. His current research focuses on electricity pricing, distributed solar generation, and electric vehicles in California, as well as global coal and natural gas markets.
