PESD has released a new e-learning module on BTU Arbitrage. 

This module, which was added to the beginning of the e-learning curriculum, explores how end users consume energy services, not energy sources. Module participants learn about the key role of “BTU arbitrage” — choosing among energy sources to deliver energy services as affordably as possible — in energy markets.
