The Program on Energy and Sustainable Development partnered with the African School of Regulation for their spring 2026 course on Power Sector Regulation in Africa.

PESD provided course participants with access to e-learning modules on electricity market design and Associate Director Mark Thurber taught two live sessions for the course via Zoom covering market design, unilateral market power, and forward contracts.
