The Asian Development Bank Institute's new policy brief, "Enhancing Energy Policy in Asia Through Game-Based Learning on Wholesale Electricity Markets," discusses the positive impact of the Program on Energy and Sustainable Development's energy market workshops.

In the latest collaboration between ABD and PESD, PESD Associate Director Mark Thurber traveled to Manila in June 2024 to give the “GMS/ASEAN Electricity Market Principles: Game-Based Simulations for Policymakers" workshop as part of the Third Greater Mekong Subregion (GMS) Energy Transition Task Force committee meeting during the Asia Clean Energy Forum week.
