Energy and Environmental Law

This seminar will study the intersection between energy, law and envrionmental law, both in the United States and internationally. Energy production and consumption are at once primary sources of environmental pollution and the principle drivers of economic development; the class focuses on the problems of reconciling these different dimentions through international laws, international treaties, and technological programs.
